NYF Wealth Management was founded in 2018 by Nancy Y. Fong after 12 years in a financial planning boutique. Driven by a desire to provide the quality professional financial planning that her family and friends deserve, Nancy established the firm to offer personalized, high-caliber wealth management services.

Based in Vancouver, BC, NYF Wealth Management specializes in intergenerational estate planning and wealth management for business families and high-net-worth individuals. About Nancy Fong BCom, LLB, CFP, FEA

Estate Planning & Wealth Management Advisor

Born, raised, and educated in Vancouver, Nancy Y. Fong brings 20 years of experience in financial planning and 12 years in law, specializing in financial and intergenerational wealth management. With business and law degrees, she began her career as a solicitor but, driven by her interest in financial matters, transitioned to financial and estate planning, earning her CFP designation in 2005.

Nancy spent over a decade at a prominent financial planning and insurance services firm in Richmond, BC, becoming a partner in 2013. In 2018, she founded NYF Wealth Management to provide the level of financial planning and wealth management she believes her family and friends deserve. She also holds the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designation through Family Enterprise Canada & UBC's Sauder School of Business and is a member of the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriters (CALU).

Nancy has held several leadership roles, including Past Chair of the Chinese-Canadian Planned Gift Committee, Secretary of the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver, Past President of the Vancouver Pacific Lions Club, and Past President of the Vancouver Pacific Housing Society. She remains actively involved in the community and has appeared on Chinese radio and TV, providing insights on estate planning and charitable gift planning in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys playing classical piano, reading, and spending time with her dogs. She and her husband, Edwin, live in Vancouver with their adult children.
